PRICING
Customized personal workout instruction to help you begin and continue to move forward toward your goals. Fun and relaxed atmosphere at a fully equipped vibrant private training studio. Personally trained by Dr Margaret Negrete who can share with you her knowledge from years of experience as a health and wellness coach and also as a health professional.
PERSONAL TRAINING ($35)
$35 per session. Cash discount- $30 per session. Prefer at least 3X per week.
SIX/TWELVE MONTH PERSONAL TRAINING ($2160/$4320)

COMPETITION PREP PACKAGE ($700)
16 week program which includes

Nutritional plan with modifications at least every 3 weeks and up to once a week as needed according to your progress and target date for stage ready.

Posing instruction and practicing sessions as many as needed to make you stage ready.

Training sessions are discounted to 30 per session for the 16 weeks. You must train with me at least 3X a week.

Dr Negrete has 30 years of experience on the competition stage and 15 years of experience on the National and international stage.
COMPETITION PREP PACKAGE WITHOUT POSING INSTRUCTION ($600)
ROUTINE MUSIC AND CHOREOGRAPHY w/ IN PERSON INSTRUCTION ($500)
Routine choreography for bodybuilding, women's physique and fitness competitors.
Submit the songs that you want in your mix and we will mix the music and choreograph your routine. You will receive personal instruction on how to perform the routine. You will be polished and ready when your competition day comes. If you have done the work, you deserve to shine on stage and we will make sure that happens.

6 months of nutritional counseling with diet tailored to your goals and revisions made ONCE a month.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN (6 Months/ $500)

6 months of nutritional counseling and diet tailored to loosing body fat and maintaining lean muscle mass. Revisions made every TWO weeks.
MUSCLE BUILDING PLAN (6 Months/ $500)

6 months of nutritional counseling and diet tailored to making gains in lean muscle mass. Revisions made every TWO weeks.
ONLINE COMPETITION PREP (16 Weeks/ $600)

16 week program which includes nutritional plan with modifications starting at every 3 weeks and progressing up to ONCE a week as needed according to your progress and target date for stage ready physique. You must email me pics every 3 weeks in the beginning progressing to every week in the last 4-6 weeks of the prep. Includes unlimited email, phone and text messaging.
PROLONGED COMPETITION PREP (6 Months/ $750)
This package is for those who have a goal in mind but need more time to be stage ready.
24 week program which includes

LAST WEEK OF CONTEST PREP INSTRUCTION ($100)

Done the work and don't want to blow it in the last week by making common mistakes? We will guide you through this difficult week so you can be stress free. Includes instruction on diet, supplements, sodium and water balance, tanning and posing.

Dr Negrete has been successfully training and competing for 30 years while at the same time going through Medical School, residency, private practice, marriage and childbirth x 2. She has done the research over the years and has been all the while learning and saving valuable information for successful training. You can now have access to this multitude of training workouts and proven training techniques to bring yourself to a level that you never thought that you could attain.
